Our bees are happier

Because we are passionate about our bees and their welfare, we minimise their contact with mainstream chemical treatments and prioritise organically certified treatment methods. We also take steps to ensure the health and well-being of each individual hive which in turn results in quality honey.

Natural is best

We keep our honey raw by packing our honey in liquid form and not heating it to high temperatures to prevent crystalisation or fine filtering it, which ensures that all of the pollens, vitamins and minerals that are naturally occurring in the honey are retained. Over time it will crystalise and firm up like creamed honey, but if you prefer a liquid over a firm consistency, just slowly and gently warm the honey (eg in a water bath) and it will return to a runny consistency without losing this goodness.

Our products are hand made in small batches with great care. Our business aims to be low waste and environmentally friendly so all of our products are made and packaged for retail with that in mind.
